This dress is made of the most luxurious fabric. It’s such a glorious shade of teal, deep and rich. It’s a wonderful 100% silk satin that feels like water in your hands, it just flows. It has slight halter cut sleeves front and back and a V neckline. It has an empire waist with a twist for visual effect. The skirt is slim but not tight. It’s a very generous size 4 that measures 18” ptp and almost 15” at the empire waist. It’s 18” at the hip level; all measurements taken lying flat.
